Since 1995 Innovative has been creating Addy award winning web designs for coffee houses, sporting events and associations, manufacturers and airlines.

Piccirillo's passion for designs in motion comes from his background as a director for live entertainment and sporting events. He leads a small band of creators who work with national companies from California to the Bahamas.

Piccirillo attended Hofstra University first began his career with The Eugene O'Neil National Playwrights Conference and the National Theater for the Deaf. He then worked at ESPN through its first decade.

Conrad is a four-time National Emmy Award winning director.
