Top 5 All-Wheel-Drive Sedans

All-Wheel-Drive is the perfect solution for safe winter driving

AWD Cadillac CTS
Base Price: $36,445

The CTS is a car (among others) that proves GM engineers lack nothing in talent. All new in ’2008, Motor Trend magazine's Car of the Year, it's many things that the Lincoln MKS is not. On the same wheelbase as the MKS, it's a foot shorter and four inches lower. Developed at the Nurburgring, with a new suspension and rack-and-pinion steering system, its handling is taut, downright nimble for a two-ton car. It more than holds its own with the best European and Japanese sports sedans. Brakes to match.

Using an optional new DOHC 3.6-liter V6 with direct injection, it makes 304 horsepower with 273 pound-feet of torque, mated to a great 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic. It gets 18/26 mpg, best of the five. A hot-rod Cadillac! And that's on regular fuel!

Here's another surprise: Best Resale Value Award by Kelley Blue Book. We can see why.
